Yea! how much does all this cost?

I am retired, but I was always a small business, don't think I don't know what is going on.

I work on commission. 25%. Us say you want to spend $100 to buy a Google ad. I do all the work and charge you $25 (at your business) and I will show you how to do it so you want have to pay someone the next time. By the way it cost $300 to get started with Google. Our Biz has an account so you do not have to pay that.

2. You don't have a website but you want to try this Google thing just to see if it will do you any good. Ok, one way, I make you 1 web page with up to 5MB video, up to 10 pictures and a lot of text, which I will make for you, then put your web page on my website for one month for a total cost to you of $100. What ever you spend with Google is my 25% commission.

3. You don't have a website but you want one of your own. This is hard to put a firm price on because it depends on what you want, it is rather like a yellow page ad but a website is one hell of a lot better. I made over 100 sites that cost $200 and I made one that cost $85,000. I made one website that had nothing but the information on his business card for $65. Right pretty site, plain, simple and quite effective and it had enough information on it.

4. You want a web site that sells your product online. These sites are expensive to develop, host and maintain. I charge $125 per hour for this work. As I said I am retired and I am not really interested in doing that kind of work. So if you did talk me into it, I would insist that up dates be done by phone or email, just in case I take a notion to go camping and fishing for a month. But let me say this, if you want to sell things do it with eBay or Craiglist.

5. About MONEY, I take no deposits, I make no refunds either. I do not enter into any form of contract, we can agree on a price and when I am done with my work and you are 100% satisfied then you pay me what we agreed upon. Then I will give you the log in identification and the password and it is yours.  If you give someone money up front and expect something from the web, friend you are just plain foolish.
